2-For use on the body, massage into the skin until fully absorbed
3-For use on the face, gently massage from the neck to the forehead in circular motions
4-For use on the hair, use 1 spray for short and fine hair, and 2 sprays for longer, thicker hair
5-Can be used on wet or dry hair
